You must have a Current Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard License that is no more than 90 days past its expiration date.

How long do I have to complete the courses?
You will have access to the training bundle for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, your access will be removed.
What happens if I fail an exam?
Don't worry. You will have three attempts to pass the final examination for each course.
Can I skip or fast-forward the videos?
No. You must view all training modules in their entirety as required by the State of Tennessee. Any attempt to manipulate video playback will result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.
Is this training bundle refundable?
All sales are final. This is a non-refundable course access fee. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind. Please confirm your eligibility before you purchase.
Do you submit my renewal application to the state for me?
No. After you complete the courses, it is the trainee's responsibility to submit the renewal application and certificates to the State of Tennessee along with the required state fees.
