You understand that the State of Tennessee mandates that the course is four (4) hours in length.

You understand that any attempt to manipulate the video speed and / or reduce the video playing time, such as skipping ahead, fast forwarding, or other unacceptable activity to reduce the video playing time, is in violation of the Standard of Conduct Agreement and will be grounds for immediate expulsion.

You understand that All Sales Are Final. This is a Non-Refundable Course Access Fee. We do not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind. All online students will have access to complete the course for 30 days from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the "Trainee" to submit the application to the State of Tennessee along with the applicable fee.

3 – Are eligible for Unarmed Security Officer/Guard training in accordance with the State of Tennessee Private Protective Services requirements.

4 - Are eligible to work in the State of Tennessee and meet all Citizenship Eligibility Requirements in accordance with the State of Tennessee Private Protective Services requirements.

5 - Unarmed students are required to pass a multiple choice test scoring<70%, upon successful completion of the Unarmed Exam, therefore we make no guarantees of successful completion or licensure.

6 - Alliance Training and Testing LLC is a privately owned and operated training center and we reserve the right to refuse to train or certify any student for any reason whatsoever.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ALLIANCE TRAINING AND TESTING LLC or to products you purchase through ALLIANCE TRAINING AND TESTING LLC shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in TENNESSEE, UNITED STATES, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ALLIANCE TRAINING AND TESTING LLCs intellectual property rights, ALLIANCE TRAINING AND TESTING LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of TENNESSEE, UNITED STATES, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

All students who wish to purchase and attend Alliance Training and Testing LLC training classes are required to carefully review and agree to the following statement. Please read this carefully. It affects any rights you may have if you are injured or otherwise suffer damages during your class with Alliance Training and Testing LLC.

WHEREAS I am about to participate in a class at Alliance Training and Testing LLC and, I acknowledge that I understand that in consideration for my being permitted to participate in said study program, I do hereby, for myself, the members of my family and spouse if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives if I am deceased, acknowledge and assume the risk of participation in the class, and do hereby RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Alliance Training and Testing LLC, and all their officers, faculty or employees, (herein after referred to as "Releasees") whether accompanying said program or otherwise, from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action on account of any injury to me or my property or on account of my death which may occur from any cause during the said study program, or any continuances thereof; and I do hereby expressly covenant and agree to refrain from bringing suit or proceedings at law or in equity or otherwise as provided by law, against any of said bodied or persons on account of any and all such claims, demands, actions or causes of action.

I further AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or cost, including court costs and attorney's fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said program.

BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and agree voluntarily as my own, free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
